1. The bill

What would the bill change? For the Quick walkthrough, use the clean-water bill.

2. Choices

Record a choice you made or observed, the stage, and what changed afterward.

3. Amendment

What change to the bill was proposed? Did you accept it, reject it, or not reach one yet?

4. Tradeoff

What did you gain or give up? If you have not seen a tradeoff yet, predict one and label it a prediction.

5. Outcome so far

Did the bill pass, stop, or remain in progress? Note the stage and evidence from the game.

6. Reflection

One decision that mattered was… because… What would you try next, and why?
